Job Description This role is to support the Senior Project Manager with the planning, executing and overseeing of engineering projects as well as various business projects as required.
You will be an integral part of a Project Delivery Team, primarily focusing on the development of our pilot plant facility in Alexandria, NSW.
Responsibilities Completion of tasks from clients, contractors and suppliersProcurement activities, including the commercial and technical evaluation of ordersContribute to the preparation of design schedules and the implementation of effective document control as directedAssisting with project management from project set up, engineering, fabrication to supply, construction and commissioningAssist the project in setting up Quality Assurance and Quality Control checks to meet Project requirements and in accordance with Australian standardsAbility to read and interpret drawings, models and assist with technical designs as requiredAssist with the completion of reports and data analysis for designs completed for the projectContractual and risk management activitiesManage logistics and associated documentsAbility to travel to sites and suppliers as requiredAbout You 5+ years experience working with complicated engineering projects - Industrial Process or Battery Supply Chain a big plus, but not necessaryBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, etc.
)CAD software experiencePrevious experience with developing Quality Assurance and Quality Control proceduresProficiency in project management software and toolsStrong attention to detail and ability to deliver under deadlinesExperience with a broad range of engineering disciplines and EPC experienceWe encourage applications from all backgrounds, communities and abilities, and are committed to having a team that is made up of diverse skills and experiences.
