Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Hands-on projects: actively participate in project execution full time, including site activity. Travel will be required. Oversee all technical aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and CPP. Assume responsibility for all technical documents in your projects. Conduct post-implementation project reviews to assess project achievements and results. Team Building and Collaboration: Collaborate with regional and global teams to acquire and implement best practices within the engineering team. Foster collaboration with other engineering teams in the Pacific region. Contribute to creating the best team. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with project managers to achieve project outcomes in terms of schedule, budget, quality, reporting, compliance with requirements, project profitability, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with tendering teams to provide technical validation and effort estimates. Client Relationship: Maintain strong client relationships, aiming for high levels of satisfaction, retention, and new opportunities to increase and improve project profitability. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) practices within all projects. Ideal Candidate 5 years of technical expertise in Power Systems and Digital Solutions. Strong technical background in a range of power systems and digital solutions, including SCADA, EPAS, EPO, PME, PLCs, RTUs, microgrids, protection relays, automation systems, Australian Standards, panel design/manufacturing, and quality assurance (QA). While the depth of expertise in each area may vary among candidates, all areas listed will be considered during the selection process. Preference for candidates with experience across the SE Digital Power portfolio. What Will Make You Stand Out? Excellent communication and technical writing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent decision-making skills. Professional engineering registration will be a plus. Ability to stay current with industry trends and advancements in power systems and digital solutions.
