This is an exciting opportunity to join our new business team focusing on Construction Planning and develop a career with a leading international construction company working on a diverse range of exciting projects. To be successful in this role you will:Understand the tender instructions, the brief, PPR and other contract requirements. Provide advice when necessary.Analyze design documentation and design intent and advise if any gaps are identified.Perform take-offs from drawings to analyze project size and scope.Collaborate with the new business team, particularly with the senior project engineer, to develop a delivery methodology.Develop a tender / ECI programme which meets the project requirements.Identify risks and opportunities.To be considered for this role, you will have:Engineering or Construction Management Degree and a minimum of 5 years previous experience in the building/construction industry.A strong desire for planning and experience in programming - on the job training provided to become proficient in Powerproject.Skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Bluebeam/Adobe Pro.A strong communicator and team player.We invite applications from people of all genders, cultures and walks of life.
