Work for Tier 2 builders who take on large-scale construction projects, plus fit out and refurbishment works across Commercial, Residential, Retail, Health, Industrial and many other sectors.

WHAT'S ON OFFER We have several project opportunities with our builders.
They range from $15m – $200m in valuation.Hourly or Day Rate $$ (PAYG/PTY)Weekly payExposure to well-organised teamsOpportunities to go from contract to permanent employmentKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design management and coordinationClient coordination and liaisonTenderingBudget estimate and reportingSite establishment and planningConstruction coordination and managementSite variation and design changeKEY REQUIREMENTS Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management or civil engineeringThe ability to report accurately and directly to the PM on the operational and financial success of the projectsProven experience managing subcontractors with programming, supervision, and contract administrationStrong negotiating skills to implement contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirementsMUST live within Sydney or Australia with unrestricted work rightsIf you would like to find out more and are generally interested in furthering your career, please contact ******.
