We deliver greenfield and brownfield D&C or Construct only Transmission Lines and Substations in the Eastern states, with typical project values ranging between $5M and $50M.

About the role We are currently recruiting Civil and Electrical Project Engineers to join our experienced and growing team!
We are looking for experienced project delivery professionals to lead the technical aspects of our projects through the full Project Lifecycle, working within an established project management framework.
This is your chance to be involved in a once-in-a-lifetime venture that will see you upgrade critical transmission infrastructure as part of the green energy transition.
When delivering Projects, working away from home will generally be required - typical roster being 11 days on, 3 days off and 3 weeks on 1 week off depending on the project.
Uplift of between 10% - 30% is paid while working away on rosters as well as living away from home allowance (LAFA).
This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a competitive salary on offer.
Key Responsibilities include Promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture on project sites, adhering to safety policies and procedures, and ensuring that work is planned and carried out in a safe manner.Collaborating with project managers to develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget considerations.Managing the engineering and design phases of projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.Coordinating with various stakeholders, including internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.Managing the construction phase of projects, including monitoring progress, addressing issues, and ensuring work is carried out in accordance with plans and specifications.Implementing and monitoring quality assurance and control processes to ensure that work meets the required standards.Tracking project expenditures, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints.Identifying and mitigating potential risks to project success, including issues related to safety, regulatory compliance, and project timelines.About you Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.Proven experience in a Project Engineer role, delivering projects within the Electricity Infrastructure, Utilities, or Construction industries.Strong understanding of project management principles, including PMBOK, cost estimation, risk assessment, contract administration, and project delivery.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Knowledge of relevant industry standards.We are a champion of equal opportunity employment and have committed to targets for gender equity and first nations representation in our workforce.
