Job Description
CGC Recruitment are working with a National Tier 2 Contractor/Builder who primarily focus on Building and Civil Infrastructure upgrades within the Rail corridor. They are growing rapidly in SE QLD and have recently secured x3 Infrastructure Upgrades for key Government clients.
Due to this growth, they have identified a need for a Project Engineer to join the business and work on a $150ml Transport Infrastructure Upgrade. Reporting to a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Resource planning
Developing construction methodologies
Administering contracts
Managing subcontractors
Managing project risk

In addition to this, you will also be expected to manage Site Engineers and Graduates as a key part of the role.

Civil Structures:

Concrete works
Piling Pad
Piling
Capping Beam
Tower Crane Erection
Bulk Excavation
Stress Anchors
Rock Anchors


Fit Out:

Blockwork
Services Fire/Water/HVAC
Waterproofing

The project is a recently awarded $150ml+ Transport Infrastructure Upgrade on Brisbane South side and will offer an opportunity for a young Engineer to gain exposure to a landmark project changing the landscape of Travel in SE QLD.
To be considered for this role you must possess the following:

5 years post graduate experience
Proven delivery background with a Tier 1/2 Contractor
Previous Rail or Building experience
Ability to mentor younger Engineers
Methodical in planning and preparation
