PWC Band 4 Admin Corporate Services FT (Remuneration Package $178,979 - $206,691*) Customer, Strategy and Regulation Full time, ongoing vacancy in Darwin Power and Water Corporation is a Northern Territory Government (NTG) owned utility that operates across a geographic area of 1.3 million square kilometres and within a range of diverse environmental conditions, ranging from the arid dry of the central desert to the tropical monsoon of the top end. The corporation generates, transmits and distributes electricity, supplies water and wastewater treatment services across the Northern Territory (NT) for the benefit of residents, including remote and isolated Aboriginal communities and outstations.
We are looking for a Project Engagement Lead to join our team. In this role you will provide project management and stakeholder engagement support to the Regulation, Economics and Pricing team to facilitate regulatory proposals and projects within Power and Water and across various external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading project management of regulatory proposals and projects including project planning development and evaluation, governance, identification of resources and constraints. Effectively communicating project status updates and risks to the management team to ensure effective program delivery, including preparing high level papers. Demonstrating highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to positively influence, and challenge key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. Ensuring internal staff understand their accountabilities for on-time delivery. To be considered for this role you must have:
Experience in developing project plans and managing and coordinating large scale projects within a regulated environment. Results orientation, self-motivation, and excellent organisational skills to meet project objectives and timelines. A degree in economics, law, finance, accounting or similar, or relevant qualification in project management (highly desirable). PWC values diversity in the workplace.
