Job Summary:As Project Document Manager, you will provide document and records management support and assist with establishing work processes.
You will assist with the Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS), integrations, reports and Power BI dashboards, supporting your team with quality checks, resolving issues, providing software training, metrics, and planning.
Your work will help ensure efficient and accurate management of documents and records.
Major Responsibilities:Will be responsible to work with the Project Information Manager and customer to set up document management tools that will enable customer and contractor communication and submittal of documents.Will assist in the development of work processes and procedures to the integrated team.Will work as a member of the Document Management support team to ensure project documents are ready for archival/retention management systems such as DocFinity, and other associated tools.Assists in determining requirements/expectations for integrations, and with preparing a plan to provide ongoing support.Uses standard Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS), archival/retention management systems, and/or SaaS applications to register, control, distribute, transmit and archive project records.Other responsibilities as designated.Education and Experience Requirements:Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.General experience in all areas of document control and ability to use Electronic Document Management Systems (ECMS), Aconex.Awareness of quality issues, especially revision control and formatting associated with issuing of documents.Required Knowledge and Skills:Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to work as part of a team and individually.Must be self-motivated and be able to work under minimum supervision.Strong organizational skills.Working Rights in Australia without employer sponsorship are required.
