We are currently seeking an energetic, proven and results-driven Project Director for our dynamic Phillip Island Sales Team.
This is a unique opportunity to show outstanding results and leadership.
You will lead the team by initiating key sales strategies to ensure sustained development and growth of this site.
How You'll Shine Ensure the sales management team provides a positive interface with all on-site and corporate departments and actively supports the Developer Representative's recommendations.Utilise sales, marketing and fiscal reports to assist in managing the site profitability.Ensure currency of required permits, licenses certifications etc.
to enable sales operations.High level application and focus to drive sales (using sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale).Provide regular coaching, mentoring and feedback to the team to ensure continued development and identify training needs.What You'll Bring You will have previous Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales background with experience in supporting and managing a successful high volume sales team.You will have successful proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing the deal.Sound leadership ability including motivating, coaching and performance management accompanied with effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers.How You'll be Rewarded
