Company Overview Our client is a tier 2 construction company in Sydney.
They are seeking a Project Director to manage a high-performing team of Project Managers to deliver high-end mixed-use projects.

Roles and Responsibilities Mentor and develop junior project managers.
Prepare and organise pre-commencement of projects on site, including external and internal inductions.
Prepare and issue detailed site dilapidation reports before commencement on site.
Set, prepare, and run weekly PCG meetings with clients; prepare and issue PCG meeting minutes.
Organise and manage the internal site team for works, project sites, and tasks.
Manage and track project budgets.
Attend pre-construction meetings as required.
Liaise with the designer about changes required on-site or RFI required on plans or documentation.
What You'll Need to Succeed Bachelor of Construction Management or Engineering.
8+ years of experience in mixed-use construction.
Experience with projects exceeding $70M.
Exceptional problem-solving skills while keeping people motivated.
Experience in running a team of PMs and the ability to teach and mentor the team.
