Project Director

We have a unique opportunity for a Project Director to join one of Australia's leading contractors who operate across all sectors with a national delivery capability.

With a secure pipeline of work over the next 5 years, they are looking to appoint a Project Director to manage the full scope of a $120 Million Hotel / Residential build in the East of Sydney.

The responsibilities:

The Project Director will have responsibility for delivering the full scope of works - starting in the Design phase throughout to Construction & Commissioning. You will be involved in building and managing a team of industry professionals that cover:

Design
Procurement
Construction
Safety
Commissioning
Aftercare
The requirements:

The successful candidate will bring 15+ years of experience in the delivery of major projects, with specific experience in the Class 2 / Residential apartment project space.

You will be a recognised industry leader who is committed to delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest safety standards.
