Job Description We have a unique opportunity for a Project Director to join one of Australia's leading contractors who operating across all sectors with a national delivery capability. With a secure pipeline of work over the next 5 years, they are looking to appoint a Project Director to oversee projects in the Industrial division valued at circa $100M.Role & responsibilities:Setting programs and budgets from structure through to handoverManaging client and consultantrelationshipsDriving construction teams and subcontractors on siteBringing projects in on time, to qualityandunder budget The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor Degree in Building, Construction Management or relevant industry qualifications10+ years experience working on construction projects as a Project ManagerExperience managing commercial projects in excess of $30 MillionClient facing with a proven track record in working well under pressureSound knowledge of the NSW construction market including sub-contractors etcAbility to lead and performance manage a construction team to achieve agreed outcome#J-18808-Ljbffr
