About The Role This is a significant opportunity where you will take on a pivotal leadership position, managing the end-to-end delivery of this flagship mixed-use project. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Felixstow Project Director will support the coordination and delivery of the re-development of the Felixstow Site. Key Responsibilities Be the main point of contact for the project representing Uniting Communities and its user groups. Manage stakeholder relationships ensuring key lines of communication with all parties Manage the preparation of Development Applications and engage in meetings and correspondence thereafter to support the application Liaise with user groups and stakeholders proposed for the site including delivery of site and final handover, including authority approvals, procurement and production. Coordinate all aspects of the design process This role represents a significant opportunity to help create a vibrant, integrated, multi-generational community space, bringing together residential, commercial, educational, and social services on a major development site, located only six kilometres from Adelaide's CBD.
