AUD 210000 - 290000 per annum, Flexi working, WFHPSG are seeking a dynamic individual to sit in our clients Corporate development team and manage a diverse portfolio of premium projects across WA and NSW.Role Highlights:High-Value Projects: Manage project budgets typically from $100 million, with projects exceeding this amount.Portfolio Enhancement: Oversee a large-scale home enhancement program, refreshing our existing portfolio with projects ranging from $250,000 to $10 million.Collaborative Work Environment: Partner with top-tier architecture firms to bring the vision to life.Key Responsibilities:Lead and implement PM processes, reporting templates, and project management best practices.Navigate projects from inception through construction, ensuring seamless execution.Oversee negotiations and take ownership of PM and construction oversight responsibilities.Leverage your construction and project management expertise to enhance team capabilities, which currently lean more towards the financial side.Qualifications:Extensive experience in project management and construction, particularly within healthcare or similar sectors.Proven ability to lead high-value projects from development through to completion.Strong negotiation skills and experience in implementing PM processes and reporting systems.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.How to Apply: Please submit your resume to ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
