We are a specialist advisor and consultancy to property, construction, and development projects nationally. We deliver successful project outcomes by managing cost, scope, risk, design, feasibility, and programme. We ensure that our advice is always balanced and provides a whole of project perspective.
Our clients include State governments, company boards, financiers, developers, builders, governments, PPP Sponsors and tertiary education providers.
The opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our growing consultancy as a Project Director. The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end project management skills in the design, planning, and construction of major health projects.
You will possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. While consulting experience is preferred, candidates with consultation skills and experience working with a head contractor are also encouraged to apply.
You will:

Effectively lead and manage the infrastructure planning and delivery project teams.
Report on and consolidate project status within a program director's monthly report.
Coordinate and present within the monthly program executive steering committee, including the review and preparation of papers for decision.
Manage and update the Program Management Plan.
Coordinate and manage program initiatives and leverage economy of scale for program-wide procurement opportunities.

About you
We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively and deliver value with every interaction with the client. You will also have:

A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Management.
Great communication skills and the ability to partner with our clients and stakeholders.
A can-do attitude that focuses on solutions through innovative thinking.
A commitment to driving remarkable results for our clients.
