We offer true work-life balance, working from home arrangements, team events and much more.Job DescriptionTurner & Townsend will give you the opportunity to work with world-class clients on cutting edge projects and to build a successful career with a company that will offer the highest levels of support at every stage.As a Project Director in our Health Real Estate team, we are looking for you to lead these large projects, manage a team, have a commercial focus and balance working across major projects.Lead and manage large scale health projects as the key client interfaceDevelop working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completionManage the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectationsReview project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.Manage project safety and environmental requirementsManage project timelines, risks and reportingManage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on trackDirect line management team responsibilitiesQualificationsA recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management10+ years industry experience working on major health projectsAbility to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regardedTechnical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interfaceExcellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clientsAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
