This senior leadership role involves managing project development, execution, and commissioning, while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and environmental standards.Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will lead efforts to deliver grid-connected renewable energy projects on time, within budget, and to the highest operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the development, delivery, and commissioning of grid-connected solar and BESS projects.Manage project budgets, schedules, and performance targets.Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams.Liaise with regulatory authorities and network operators to ensure grid compliance.Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.Drive adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.Build strong relationships with contractors, community groups, and internal stakeholders.Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills10+ years' experience in project management within the renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure sectors.Proven track record of delivering grid-connected solar and/or BESS projects.In-depth knowledge of grid compliance, regulatory requirements, and renewable energy technologies.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and project finance.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsDegree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline.Professional certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).Experience working with Australian energy market operators and regulators.How to ApplySubmit your CV along with a detailed list of renewable energy projects successfully delivered to grid connection.For further information, contact:Ivan PignataroDirector, D'Arcy WeilM: 0416 507 856 | E: ****** note: No sponsorship is available for this role.
