Full-time Department: Infrastructure Company Description Our Infrastructure team have been helping the largest clients across Australia with their complex programs of work. Through this partnership on these major projects, we are currently looking for a Project Director (Estimating/Cost Management) to join our Brisbane Infrastructure team. Our team is working across a range of different projects in a variety of sectors including aviation, rail, roads, utilities and many more.

As an effective Project Director, you will have demonstrable experience in:
Drive local business vision, strategy, focus and goals. Leading and managing large scale construction projects and programs as the key client interface. Establish and maintain a client-focused environment. Leads business development activities and provides communication and focus. Taking responsibility for stage gate governance throughout the projects lifecycle. Developing and leveraging industry relationships and preparing strategies from a business generation and project delivery perspective. Delivers an exciting team vision, which inspires others to perform beyond their initial aspirations. Supports client organisations to develop and deliver major projects and programs efficiently and effectively. Manage the development of cost estimates from drawings and specifications. Lead the team across a variety of Infrastructure projects in the utilities and transport sectors. Grow and develop exceptional people for your team. Displaying excellence in service delivery leadership. Qualifications A minimum 15 years relevant industry experience Full working rights and currently living in Australia A recognised Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering or similar. Construction delivery experience in any one of the Aviation, Rail, Utilities or Transport sectors Exceptional business development experience with a large network in the Queensland infrastructure market. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Track record of successful project delivery and engaging with and influencing clients and key stakeholders at a senior level Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team. Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report writing skills. A reputation for challenge, innovation and continued improvement.
