We are seeking experienced and dedicated Project Directors to lead significant and complex projects in the Superannuation and Employer Obligations (SEO) business line. SEO is part the Client Engagement Group and ensures the complex ecosystem of employers, employees, retirees, and super funds operate efficiently, supporting willing participation and safeguarding entitlements. The SEO program effectively delivers the best outcomes for the community, Government and the ATO. As a Project Director , you'll be responsible for planning and leading work relating to the operation of complex legislative and business improvement projects. This includes: You will establish and lead all aspects of a project through its lifecycle from initiation through to benefits realisation, closure and evaluation. You'll adopt and adapt project management methodologies based on the context of the project. You will lead the development of appropriate project plans, schedules and other associated documentation to outline how the project will be managed and executed, including providing advice, defining and approving business requirements, design patterns, strategies, processes and work plans. You will be responsible for managing diverse stakeholder relationships including other Government Agencies and facilitate regular communication to define, design, engage and deliver required outcomes. You will monitor, review and regularly report on the progress of the project, including presenting program or project artifacts for approval to the relevant governing officers, committees and boards. These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Parramatta, Sydney CBD, Townsville or Upper Mt Gravatt .
