The Perth office has a fantastic culture, including opportunities for collaboration and social activities with our other business units within Project Management and cross divisional opportunities.About the RoleYou will oversee projects and lead a team of construction professionals to ensure all strategic objectives are met and project delivery is achieved to a high standard. You will be a motivated, qualified and have previous experience planning and delivering major construction and infrastructure projects for public and/or private sector clients.Your ImpactManage all stakeholder relationships to ensure a high level of performance in relation to time, cost, and quality requirements;Manage and develop project resources to achieve current and future project and business objectives;Strategically plan and deliver project requirements to ensure a high level of client satisfaction;Deliver high-quality service in consideration of time and cost constraints;Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality and time requirements;Assist with development and implementation of project programs, including but not limited to concept planning, design, implementation and close out phases;Manage and administer contracts including invoices, reports, and other deliverables within deadlines;Participate consultatively in project and process audits; andAssist in selected future bids, proposals, business development and conversion activities.Manage RPS commercial interests in relation to client engagements.About YouLike our best performers, you will be a driven and energetic professional, with strong presentation and communication skills.
