This Consultancy has built strong client relationships over 20 years with private Developers, Asset Owners, Operators, and Government.

They work across the project and development management lifecycles within the residential, education, hospitality, aged care and retirement living areas.
They are continuing to successfully win work within all sectors for a variety of clients and are seeking a leader to assist in driving this business forward.
The Role
This opportunity will appeal to either a Senior Project Manager with residential, education or retirement living experience looking to progress their career into a Project Director role or a Project Director looking for a clear pathway into ownership of an established Development and Project Management Consultancy.
This role would suit somebody with previous experience in delivering residential (apartments) or retirement living projects.
It would also suit someone who is looking to work with a stable business that can offer career progression, strong team culture, WFH flexibility and employee rewards.
Key Requirements
Strong background in project or development management, stakeholder management, design management, engaging consultants, tendering, contract administration and reporting on time, cost and quality.
Ability to assist with business development and effectively manage teams.
Tertiary qualifications in construction management or similar.
With culture and values a key driver, you will need to be an effective communicator with high levels of emotional intelligence.
