The Role This opportunity will appeal to either a Senior Project Manager with residential, education or retirement living experience looking to progress their career into a Project Director role or a Project Director looking for a clear pathway into ownership of an established Development and Project Management Consultancy.
This role would suit somebody with previous experience in delivering residential (apartments) or retirement living projects.

Key Requirements Strong background in project or development management, stakeholder management, design management, engaging consultants, tendering, contract administration and reporting on time, cost and quality.
Ability to assist with business development and effectively manage teams.
Tertiary qualifications in construction management or similar.
