LUMEA is a Transgrid Group brand focused on renewable energy solutions in the competitive energy market.
The Project Development Manager will lead the development, negotiation and execution of energy services connection agreements to contribute to the growth targets of the Lumea business.
The role is responsible for the management and execution of connection infrastructure transactions supporting the growth of the Lumea Energy Services Connections business.
The role has a high level of client and stakeholder (both internal and external) management while coordinating a broad bid team across the Transgrid Group.
With your exceptional stakeholder management skills, you will build strong partnerships across the organisation and build credibility quickly with your internal stakeholders.
What we expect from you: Experience in the energy infrastructure and/or renewable energy industryDegree qualifications in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline or equivalent industry experienceExcellent customer and stakeholder relationship management skills including demonstrated influencing skills with potential customers, decision makers, and other relevant stakeholdersProven track record in the development and management of competitive energy infrastructure bidsExperience in innovative project development and management, and well-developed problem-solving skillsHigh-level business and commercial acumen with a proven track record in the development, negotiation and execution of commercial agreementsProven experience with pricing high-value transactionsExperience with developing pricing strategies with the use of financial modellingExperience working in multidisciplinary organisations and in roles that require the coordination of multiple inputsKnowledge and experience with relevant database systems, particularly CRM (e.g.
