In this role, you'll: Lead the development of major roads and active transport infrastructure projects including managing multi-disciplinary teams of specialists in areas such as strategic planning, road safety, transport management, design and environmental impact assessment. Manage development activities from inception through design, approvals, and delivery readiness, including procurement of private sector services and contract management. Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, and the ability to present complex information to TfNSW clients, external agencies, local Councils and community groups. Be responsible for the project management of major roads and active transport infrastructure projects, including the successful preparation of business case to meet the requirements of asset owners and investment assurance reviewers, such as INSW. This is a Permanent Full-Time role.
The remuneration for this Project Development Manager opportunity is within the USS 10 Banding.
You will have the ability to work in a hybrid flexible environment with the office based in George St Sydney CBD and Work-From-Home.
About you You'll have extensive experience in project planning, development and project management.Experience in the application and improvement of project systems, change management initiatives and implementation of quality assurance processes. Demonstrated experience in managing and liaising with key internal and external stakeholders on behalf of Government to achieve project objectives.Demonstrated ability to coordinate the delivery of environmental assessments and assess road designs.
