In the role of Project Design Architect, we'll count on you to:
Lead planning and design input during all project stages with expert knowledge applied Conduct project design reviews and undertake end of project evaluation Produce project plans, drawings and specifications using Revit Gather the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts Develop quality concept designs and design presentation material to exceed client expectations Provide clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site, and recent trends Adapt and remodel designs based on client feedback Build and maintain client relationships, liaise with consultants and contractors to ensure design intent is understood Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in architecture Experience in the areas of educational, civic, science and research facilities A commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture.
