In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to manage each customer through the pre-construction phase from deposit to Authority to Commence Construction, delivering an exceptional customer experience while also adhering to timeframes. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Manage a portfolio of customers from Tender Accept to Commencement of Construction. Set clear expectations with customers to ensure they have a solid understanding of the pre-construction process and timelines. Establish a strong rapport with customers by contacting the customers at least every 2 weeks via phone call to provide a progress update on their build. Provide proactive solutions for the customer to allow the file to continue to progress through the pre-construction process. Work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders to meet business objectives. Ensure customer concerns are addressed with urgency and adopt dispute resolution techniques where required.   Identify win /win outcomes for the customer and the business. Overall provide the customer with a positive build journey. About you To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of the NEX Group along with:
