Who we need Business Analysts will work closely with stakeholders to identify and define business requirements, analyse processes and propose solutions to improve healthcare services. Facilitate the alignment of IT solutions with business needs and contribute to process optimisation and workflow improvement initiatives.Project Managers will lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. Manage project plans, resources, risks, and communication with key stakeholders to ensure that healthcare projects are executed effectively and efficiently.Test Managers will oversee quality assurance processes for healthcare technology solutions. Design and manage test plans, coordinate testing activities, and ensure the successful validation and verification of healthcare software and systems, guaranteeing high standards of quality and compliance.Data Analysts will focus on extracting, analyzing, and interpreting healthcare data to provide actionable insights. Support decision making through data modeling, reporting, and predictive analytics, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for improved patient outcomes and operational performance.These roles require exceptional problem solving skills, including finding innovative and efficient solutions to complex issues and the ability to resolve these issues with efficiency and precision.
