What you'll do Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, overseeing the Sydney Chilled & Fresh DC project mobilisation, detailed design, construction, operational delivery, and volume ramp-up. This is a strategic investment by Woolworths Group, supplying a large customer base with Chilled and Fresh products, valued at $1billion delivered over a 3 year period
Manage a broad team of stream leads including (but not limited to) DC Design, Property, IT, Replenishment, Commercial, Network Design, Business Readiness, Change and Communications, Legal as well as external suppliers to deliver the Design, Build, Commissioning of the new operation and Benefits realisation of Tier 1 Infrastructure Project
Challenge decisions whilst ensuring robust decision-making is made, reporting progress, risks, issues, and financials across departments, maintaining governance, and adhering to Woolworths' project management framework.
Work collaboratively with internal customers, the broader Primary Connect team, and other Woolworths Group business units.

What you'll bring 3+ years Supply Chain project delivery experience, within the FMCG / Food, Beverage & Retail Sector
Sound knowledge of the development , construction, and business readiness of large scale warehousing or distribution facilities as well as those streams feeding into the project including DC Operations, Property Development, IT Systems and Infrastructure, Transport Development, DC Design, Safety, Change Management and Transition Planning 
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple teams to achieve the agreed deliverables 
A collaborative approach to achieving outcomes. This will be a team effort. Interpersonal relationship skills are essential
Ability to work under pressure and to be resilient across an extended project
