We're seeking a dynamic Technical Project Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of transformation initiatives within our PMO framework.
In this hands-on role, you will: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful outcomes.
Define project objectives, scope, risk management plans, and roles and responsibilities.
Prepare detailed project plans and schedules, identifying key milestones and managing resources effectively.
Track and report on project costs, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
Facilitate regular updates and meetings, maintaining open communication and promptly addressing any risks or issues.
Ensure adherence to project governance processes, maintaining project scope, quality, and timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Support business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process modelling, and stakeholder engagement.
Oversee testing and quality assurance processes, including UAT, SIT, and cybersecurity testing.
Drive change management efforts, including user training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Foster a collaborative environment, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional teamwork.
Be actively involved in all aspects of project delivery, ensuring successful implementation.
A bit about you… You're an experienced Project Delivery Manager with a proven track record in technical project delivery and business transformation.
You excel at managing complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish.
To thrive in this role, you'll need: Formal Project Management certification (a must-have).
Agile certification (a must-have).
A formal Business Analysis certification (a strong advantage).
