We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Project Delivery Manager to join our Enterprise Delivery Team to drive and manage multiple projects/initiatives across cross-functional teams in Information Technology and Business Transformation. You will successfully deliver plans while holding to scope right through to execution and closure according to strict deadlines and within budget, ensuring tangible outcomes and return on investment. As the Project Manager, you will also define the projects' resources and forecasting across internal and external (Vendor) relationships and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle, keeping the Sponsor updated along the way. What You'll Do: Define multiple, concurrent project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business strategic goals and return on investment. Work collaboratively with project business owners, sponsors, and stakeholders by creating project plans, and procuring and allocating resources to ensure successful project delivery. Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle. Effectively communicate project expectations across cross-functional team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring influence to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Conduct regular project team meetings/standups to review progress and address any concerns. Work with the Vendor Manager for 3rd party vendors to ensure that they meet delivery SLAs against project scope expectations. Identify potential risks and proactively monitor and manage risks by developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery. Ensure that projects meet the required quality standards by implementing quality assurance processes and conducting regular reviews. Manage project budgets and resources effectively by tracking project expenses, monitoring resource utilization including 3rd party SLAs, and making necessary adjustments to ensure that projects are delivered within scope, budget, and resource constraints. Provide updates on project progress, track project milestones and deliverables, and ensure mandatory events occur within the project including stage gate checkpoints, processes, deliverables, and documentation. Who Will Thrive in This Role: We're looking for someone who has: Direct work experience in a project management/delivery management capacity, including delivering digital-first capabilities across multiple organisations, transformation initiatives, and major programs and technologies. Ability to manage several projects, conflicting resources, and tasks at the same time with context switching. Experience managing multiple projects/initiatives, preferably within the Financial Services industry and across cloud architecture, API gateways, and microservices. Excellence in project management planning, including stakeholder management, resource procurement, business risk and issue identification to resolution, and benefit realisation to execute projects on time. Experience working in multiple business areas within a company to understand overlapping functions and interdepartmental dependencies and resolve conflict situations. Ability to hold senior team members and stakeholders to timely decisions, tasks, and deadlines. Desire to deal with ambiguity and thrive in resolving complex challenges that arise from constant changes while managing scope, budget, and delivery timelines. Proven experience mentoring peer project team members. Demonstrated knowledge of different project methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. We Dream. We Design. We Deliver.
