Project Delivery Manager Local Peoples is seeking enthusiastic and talented Project Delivery Manager in the QLD to join our team as embedded members with our prestigious Government client.
A new Project Manager is required to get the project back on track.Phase 1 and Phase 2 releases need to be completed by 30 June 2025.Critical success factors: System technical requirements are delivered in a fit-for-purpose approach that addresses the needs and assumptions from key stakeholders and meets security requirements.
Managing the stakeholders' conflicting views and negotiating out-of-scope deliverables is crucial to avoid detrimental effects on the project.
Roles Responsibilities: Creation of project documents and reports that are used to determine the progress and success of the project
Project risk identification, assessment and control
Detailed implementation plans for the project
Project performance monitoring
Management, coordination and contribution to a range of ICT projects.
Ensure the project is completed on time, on budget, within scope, to the business requirements and meeting quality standards
Monitoring and tracking the project deliverables and outcomes including preparation of preliminary reports in relation to budget, schedule and resources.
Ensure compliance to change management process, security policies, and quality assurance policies and procedures.
Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and service providers, providing guidance and support to achieve a successful project outcome.
Essential Skills Experience: Demonstrated experience in delivering complex IT products/projects with agile principles and in DevOps, in a management/lead role.
The candidate is expected to be hands-on in the project's activities.
