Availability for regular site visits also required.Joining Fortescue's Inventory, Warehousing & Logistics department, the Project Delivery Lead reports to the Manager Inventory & Logistics. In this position you will be pivotal in driving key initiatives within the Warehousing, Inventory, and Logistics space, with great opportunity to lead impactful projects and make a significant contribution to our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a small team to deliver strategic business improvement initiatives in Warehousing, Inventory, and Logistics.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop project plans.Implement project management framework and tools to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Guide and mentor the project delivery team to achieve high standards of work, ensure project milestones are met and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Qualifications and ExperienceProven experience in leading business improvement or similar projects, preferably in warehousing, inventory and logistics space.Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Proficiency in using project management tools and templates.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Our CommitmentFortescue celebrates individual strengths and team members are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work.
