Job Description - Project Delivery Lead (Electrical) (260692)

UGL has a unique opportunity to capitalise on the impending tidal wave of investment in Australia driven by the mega trends of population growth and energy transition.
The Fuels & Energy East line of business are seeking interest from experienced Project Delivery Leads (Electrical) to join operations in Brisbane, QLD.
You will be responsible for the execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring standards and best practices are adhered to while also driving value to our clients with new and innovative approaches.
About the role

The role supports the Regional Project Manager and broader team in the management and delivery of all critical project control elements, including Cost, Schedule, Quality, Risk, and Information Management.
The role may also directly deliver small to medium projects independently and can range up to $5 million in value.
Develops and works within the bounds of an approved Project Execution Plan, and supports execution strategies, contributing to monitoring, controlling and reporting.
Delivers works within the approved baseline schedule, monitors and controls schedule.
Works within a pre-established information management system.
Supports and complies with approved contract and procurement strategies.
Monitors and controls project schedule and progress, effecting robust change management.
Ensures compliance with approved HSSEMP and Quality Management plans for respective projects.

About you

To be considered for the role, the following qualifications will be highly regarded: Relevant Engineering Tertiary Qualification, ideally with an Electrical engineering background.
8 Years + Project Delivery Experience in similar complex projects.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence at all levels internally and externally.
Experience in managing multi-discipline project teams across multiple projects simultaneously.
