Project Delivery Field Engineer

The role is to be part of the Connectivity Operations team who are continually shaping and developing how they facilitate and support the network/customer server requirements for our services. Initially you will be working on a 2 year Trade Network Refresh and then into the Connectivity team who primarily focus on supporting infrastructure and building on their record of customer service excellence.
What you'll do:

Tuesday to Saturday role
Rostered hours 7am, 10am, and 1pm starts
Work a hybrid role based at a datacenter and on client site doing field/project work
Supporting service products and offerings.
Configuration management/ asset management and records maintenance.
Plan, Build and Implement networks both on site and remotely
Assisting and supporting business initiatives in an agile manner.
Increase predictive monitoring

You will have experience in:

Experienced in project delivery.
Experience working at a Datacenter/Field experience
You must be a Citizen or PR
Can configure a router/switch and comfortable with BGP and OSPF to troubleshoot
Experience in installing devices and patching using Copper and Fiber cables
Experience in direct customer interaction
Layer 1 troubleshooting

Desirable skills:

CCNA/CCNP/CCIE
Knowledge of Gartner top quadrant networking technologies
Understanding of Security in Networking.
Experience in Service Provider solutions.
Experience with Multicast and trading platforms.
A strong passion for Automation and repeatable processes.
