What You'll Do: Project Planning and Coordination: Develop project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
Contract Management: Review and interpret contracts to identify work scope and ensure compliance. Blueprint Analysis: Perform accurate material take-offs and create detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQs). Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project records and ensure document accessibility. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact for clients, suppliers, designers, and other stakeholders. Support Sales and Project Managers: Assist in project planning, budgeting, and cost estimation. Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to company standards and industry best practices. Skills and Attributes: Attention to Detail: Meticulous review of contracts and project plans. Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management software, CAD tools, and drafting software. Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential issues and implement effective solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the materials, building supplies, or construction industry.
