Project Delivery Coordinator – Energy Ahead Joining our team means you'll be part of something that matters, improving energy literacy and reducing energy costs for our most vulnerable regional customers.
As the Project Delivery Coordinator – Energy Ahead, you will be based in either Bentley or Broome, and you will be responsible for the delivery of the Energy Ahead program, working closely with our delivery partner in the Kimberley to achieve project objectives.

Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for: • Effectively engaging with our Financial Hardship team and in turn our most vulnerable customers to support improvements in energy literacy and education, with the aim of reducing energy debt in the regions • Collaborating and liaising with our delivery partner in the Kimberley to deliver required the required outcomes for the program including reporting, analysis, internal/external stakeholder and customer engagement • Development, implementation and continual improvement of policy and procedure specific to the program • Day-to-day management of  the program outcomes, in line with agreements with government, non-government and commercial stakeholders • Identification of  opportunities, risks and issues in respect to achieving project objectives • The Preparation and analysis of monthly project status reports, performance dashboards and project documentation In addition to sharing our passion for making a difference in our most vulnerable communities, to be successful in this role you will have: • Demonstrated experience, knowledge and understanding of the characteristics and challenges facing vulnerable and disadvantaged customers experiencing financial hardship and energy poverty • Demonstrated experience in front-line customer service, and be highly empathetic and resilient  • Demonstrated understanding of retail operations in utilities and customer service, together with an understanding of services provided by non-government organisations and financial advocacy services • Excellent communication skills and MS Office capabilities • Formal qualifications in related disciplines is desirable • A West Australian Drivers Licence Class C or C-A  The ability to travel within the region(s) and to Perth occasionally is required.
