Project Cost Analyst

About the Role Looking for an experienced Project Cost Analyst to join a major gold mining client in a Hybrid site/WFH arrangement. In this role you will be responsible for the strategic project cost duties across a range of projects ensuring that project budgets are adhered to, and costs are controlled. The role reports into the Project Superintendent and works alongside the wider project team. Key Responsibilities: Cost Monitoring and Analysis Budget and Earned Value Management Forecasting Project Cost Reporting Risk Management Change Management Key Criteria Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Project Management. Demonstrated experience in Cost Analysis, Accounting, or Assistant Cost Control roles. Desirable certifications like Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or Project Management Professional (PMP). Proven track record in managing projects within budget, implementing cost-saving strategies, and enhancing financial processes. Strong written and computing skills. Disciplined in documentation and record-keeping. Sharp problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with meticulous attention to detail. Self-motivated. What's on Offer?
