Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day project activities and process improvement initiatives.
Implement and embed process improvement programs.
Translate business requirements into process flows and identify efficiencies.
Manage the initiatives roadmap and monitor progress.
Deliver effective analysis, reporting, and technical support.
Engage and inform stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution.
What We're Looking For Knowledge in shared services across IT, finance, HR, and more.
Strong project management and portfolio optimisation skills.
Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and governance.
Excellent time management, multitasking, and organisational skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications Tertiary qualification in a relevant area or equivalent experience.
Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI) is highly desirable.
Business process improvement certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
