To view all our benefits, visit www.racp.edu.au/about/careers-at-racp.Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working Model3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,2 days from an RACP office location per week,1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleThis position sits within the Training Accreditation Services team, which oversees accreditation for Basic and Advanced Training programs across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.The purpose of the role is to provide operational and administrative support to delivery of the accreditation program, support implementation of strategic initiatives, maintain compliance with RACP policies and procedures, and develop resources and training to support internal and external stakeholders.Due to the implementation of the new accreditation program for Basic Training, this position will support the team in the transition and handover of business-as-usual accreditation processes.
It will manage and coordinate all accreditation project activity to ensure projects are delivered successfully to the Operations team and other external stakeholders via the most efficient and effective pathway.Key responsibilities include:Provide guidance on accreditation processes, advocate for College policies, and ensure adherence to accreditation standardsCollaborate with committees to facilitate effective governance, including succession planning and performance optimisationCoordinate administrative functions for the accreditation of training settings, including compiling reports, distributing documentation, and organising site visitsDeliver training, advice, and support to a range of stakeholders, including training providers, trainees, supervisors, and Directors of Paediatric/Physician EducationContribute to projects, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accreditation operationsDevelop and sustain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support accreditation activitiesProvide robust administrative and secretariat support to committees and working groups involved in accreditation processesDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Business and/or Administration qualifications or demonstrated equivalent experience, knowledge and skillsStrong organisational and multitasking skills with demonstrated attention to detail and ability to achieve work objectives in a timely mannerDemonstrated experience in delivering professional client and secretariat services, including high level written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with a range of external and internal stakeholdersExperience improving and monitoring administrative processesAbility to negotiate and influenceAbility to be flexible and adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to work independently and collaborate within a professional teamProven experience in problem solving and analytical skillsIT Capabilities: Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and video/teleconferencing platformsInterested?Please submit your cover letter and CV by 14 February 2025.
