Some of our projects include high-end hotels, high-rise residential & commercial towers, metro railways, hospitals, universities, major sporting facilities, data centres and government & defence projects.
The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with a background in the construction industry, ideally with experience working for a main contractor or sub-contractor with exposure to Tier 1 & Tier 2 projects.
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible to plan, manage and deliver the construction cleaning works across multiple major projects from start to finish, with the overall objective to ensure all projects are delivered within scope, timeframes and to budget, while maintaining high quality, safety standards and customer expectations.
This is a hands-on role working across various Tier 1 projects, with work commencing at 6.45am daily, across Monday to Friday with Saturday commitments.
You'll be a driven, highly motivated and proactive individual who can train and mentor a team, prioritise and problem-solve various tasks, meet daily challenges with efficiency and can deliver and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities Day-to-day planning and delivery of construction cleaning works across multiple major projectsCoordinate project requirements with Clients and meet project deadlinesSet up of equipment and materials for daily works across projectsManage project budgets and schedules with reporting on budget actuals and programLead, mentor and train staff to ensure productivity, WHS compliance and correct proceduresDeliver on the Scope of Works and identify any variationsUnderstand and interpret project drawings and elevationsManage all safety communication, documentation and compliance i.e. Pre-Start meetings, Toolbox Talks, SWMS etcConduct regular site inspections for quality assuranceReceive requests from clients requiring staff allocations and schedule daily roster accordinglyEnsure all jobs and staff are scheduled optimally to deliver projects on time and within budgetObtain client sign-off for completed works and ensure additional works are approved and recordedIdentify and manage risks and hazardsEnsure projects are completed and handed over to clients in accordance with contract scope and program, client expectations, safety, quality etcProvide regular reporting on projects and budgets to the Operations Manager & DirectorSkills & Experience Experience in project management/operations on major projectsRelevant trade or tertiary construction qualificationsAbility to proactively plan, take ownership & manage major projectsDemonstrated knowledge of delivering to budget and forecastingStrong decision-making and problem-solving skillsStrong organisational and planning skillsAble to effectively manage and train a team, ensuring high productivityHands-on approachExcellent presentation and communication skillsStrong work ethic, demonstrates initiative and meets deadlinesAble to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentTakes pride on delivering high-quality work and serviceHonest, motivated and enthusiastic team playerA valid Australian Drivers LicencePlease note - only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
