Project Coordinator - Textile Design

A family owned and operated Shading & Window Furnishing Solutions Provider, focusing on innovative commercial and hospitality projects is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. This role includes project administration, project management and CAD operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background with experience in textiles and sustainability. You will be involved with multiple top tier design projects with global architecture practices. Key Responsibilities Champion all day-to-day administration tasks including database maintenance Develop, track and manage project schedules for multiple projects concurrently Liaise with the Marketing Team ensuring all strategies align with product development and sales targets Oversee the sampling process, ensuring timelines are adhered to Creating technical documentation for projects using AutoCAD and Revit software Correspond with various stakeholders for project submissions Skills and Experience Experience in a textiles or Interior Design role Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Excellent written and verbal communication skills technically minded with the ability to understand specification documentation Proactive and detail oriented Strategic thinker with ability to work independently.
