About the Role
Ventias' Telecommunications - Telepower team are seeking a Project Coordinator based out of Cremorne, Victoria for a full-time permanent position.
Reporting to the National Project Manager, the primary purpose of the Project Coordinator will be to assist in the delivery of all services and tasks within established budget, KPI targets and plans.
The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for:
Administration tasks relating to project deliverables for critical infrastructure projectsAssisting in providing successful outcomes for projects in relation to time, cost, quality, and WHSEUndertaking continuous training to become a future Ventia Project ManagerMonitoring, updating project progress, and reportingAttending weekly works in progress meetingsEnsuring compliance with project management standards, policies, and proceduresCollaborating with internal and external resourcesCommunicating with team members and management to ensure project deadlines are metProject locations range from metro Melbourne to regional Victoria and at times on a national levelAbout You
You will have experience in Critical Infrastructure / Electrical construction, Telco, or Renewable markets accompanied with:
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlinesCommunication skillsProficiency in MS Office and MS Teams applicationsExcellent manual dexterity and mechanical aptitudeDiversity
