Stowe currently has two full-time Project Coordinator positions available in our Project and Infrastructure divisions, located in Taree NSW.
We are seeking both an experienced candidate, and a junior candidate willing to complete a Certificate III or IV in Business.
About The RoleAs a Project Coordinator, you will provide vital support to project managers, divisional managers, and office staff daily.
You will be an essential part of the administration team, delivering high-quality administrative assistance to our professional and technical staff.
We prefer candidates with at least 5 years of experience in a similar administration support role.
However, we also welcome junior applicants interested in gaining experience while completing a business qualification.
The role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
Providing administrative support to project management and site supervisorsScheduling of resources and subcontractorsAssistance with project financial reporting and invoicingTimesheet collation ready for payroll processingProcessing purchase orders and invoicing (PRONTO system)Liaising with trade suppliersDocument filing, organisation, and archivingManaging diaries and scheduling appointmentsData entry, including maintaining Excel spreadsheets and Word documentsAssisting with quality and safety documentationGeneral office dutiesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
Strong organisational and communication skillsExcellent attention to detailThe ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when requiredIntermediate skills in Excel and WordAt least 5 years of administrative experience in a related industry (preferred but not essential for junior applicants)A proactive approach with the ability to show initiative and provide support to the officeWhile relevant administrative qualifications (TAFE) and/or experience are desirable, a solid intermediate skill level with Word and Excel is essential.
