About The Role
This is a diverse role, suitable for a detail orientated professional with a passion for managing residential projects. You will be responsible for ensuring all pre construction activities are executed efficiently and effectively, setting the stage for successful project delivery within the residential space.
Key Responsibilities For The Role
Coordinate and manage pre-construction activities, including project selections, planning and scheduling.
Collaborate with clients, architects and the construction team to review plans and specifications.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Oversee the procurement process for materials and services.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Analyse sales data and market trends to provide insights for effective decision-making and strategy refinement.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in pre-construction coordination or project coordination.
Strong attention to detail, highly organised and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of construction processes, codes and regulations.
Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build a strong rapport and effective working relationships with clients and all relevant stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft office.
