The Position We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Perth team on a Fixed-term contract of 12 months.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will work in a collaborative, cohesive team providing support to a designated Director/s, Project Leaders and project teams, to assist in providing engineering services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Supporting in the provision of professional and confidential project services such as the preparation of fee letters, reports, spreadsheets and assisting with proposals.
Working with Project teams to facilitate project confirmations and ensure project deliverables are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Generating, formatting and distributing documents to meet operational and project timelines.
Managing documentation in line with NDY system and process requirements.
Collection, collation and distribution of documents, both internally and externally.
Assisting with finance related tasks such as billing, expenses, and credit card reconciliations.
Completion of a range of administration tasks, including email and diary management and assisting with reception and office administration duties as required.
Monitoring and maintaining NDY systems, such as the NDY client database, SHEQ system, and Quality Management system.
We anticipate that this role will initially involve a requirement to work full-time in office, with flexibility to be discussed following a 3-month settling in period.
Who we're looking for: To be successful in this role you will have several years of experience working in an administrative assistant, project administration or project coordination role, ideally gained in an engineering consulting or construction services environment, with a project delivery focus.
However, those with experience in other areas should still apply.
You'll have well-developed organisational skills, a commitment to confidentiality where required, and thrive in a fast-paced, output-focused environment.
You'll also have a high level of verbal and written communication skills, enabling professional interactions with a range of people including internal NDY stakeholders and external clients and contacts.
You'll have advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications, and have the desire to learn and be exposed to new software applications.
You'll be a team player who promotes a collaborative and cohesive work environment.
Training and Development NDY has a strong focus on the development of our staff and training will be a key element of this development whether on internal or external training courses.
