Rubix is a privately owned Australian resourcing company that was designed by industry specialists to provide manpower services in the telecommunications fixed-line and wireless space.We offer a variety of simple and complex delivery solutions underpinned by more than fifteen years of extensive experience, incorporating professional consulting and subcontracting services throughout our field of expertise.Our client is a well know telecommunications services company based Nationally.They currently have a need for an experienced Project Coordinator who has previously worked on large scale Wireless Telecommunication deployment projects.Immediate starts available.Key Responsibilities Ensure all systems are administered correctly and aligned to the requirements of the program Raise business orders Organise necessary permits Assist project teams for required reportings Produce ad hoc reports and reconciliations as required by the business or the client in a timely or accurate manner Maintain accurate records and supporting documents as required Drive continuous improvement Provide training and support to all other team members Adhering to relevant contract, commercial and legislative guidelines including WHS regulations About You Previous experience working in the Wireless Telecommunication space NBN Wireless experience highly regarded Excellent Administrative and communication skills Experience in Project Scheduling, planning, invoices and Finance Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word, and PowerPoint Demonstrated experience of working within a project environment
