ADMINISTRATOR / SCHEDULER - MANDARIN SPEAKINGBOUTIQUE CONSULTANCY BASED IN THE NORTHERN SUBURBS WARM AND FRIENDLY CULTURE
Salary: $65-70K + SUPER
COMPANY The business is a modern fire protection & construction company based in Sydney that provides services to the commercial construction sector.

POSITIONThe unique opportunity for an Office Administrator / Project Scheduler to join the team has become available.
This role will involve the following responsibilities:
Administrative dutiesScheduling maintenance / repairsCoordinating / liaising with techniciansClient correspondence - inbound and outbound calls / emailsOccasional site visitsCANDIDATEThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
1+ years of experience as an Office Administrator / ReceptionistExperience with Xero would be advantageousExceptional communication and presentation skillsAbility to be a team playerBENEFITSThe successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary package that reflects their skills and experiences.
