Please do not hesitate to apply – we would be honored to connect with you. About the role The Project Coordinator is a role where you'll support these partners with aspects of their marketing. Given the nature of our company, it's not a 'creative' marketing role, but it is a role where you'll learn and utilize a range of strategic marketing, project support and relationship-building skills to consult on the best marketing tactics.
You will work on behalf of our clients to manage their partner relations and be a pillar of support, helping to better promote vendor products using marketing tools. You will be the main point of contact for partners and will present all the available information, marketing tools and incentives available to them as well as be at hand to support with any guidance and support in implementing these marketing tools successfully. You'll also work with the partners to prepare marketing plans and activities, so some previous marketing experience would be desirable.
What you'll do Support a network of IT partners and be the first point of contact, providing advice and support with the available marketing tools available to them and how to effectively use them
Onboard Partners to Marketing Portal.
Assist partners to become familiar with the product and program benefits and investigate to find out market requirements
Identify partner requirements and then use the provided materials to fulfil these to enable them to better promote and sell vendor products
Provide demo, walkthrough and guidance to partners on executing campaigns and activities through Marketing Central
Share feedback with the client on what resellers are asking for to grow their businesses
Keep in regular contact with your network of partners to maintain a trusted relationship with key decision-makers and become an extension of their team
Generate reports in MS Excel and prepare PowerPoint presentations to share updates with the local client team to keep them informed with progress
Qualifications Business-level Japanese and English both written and spoken, with the ability to adapt communication style to fit the audienceA minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in the Japanese market, such as in a Business to Business Marketing environment in the Technology industryExperience in Channel Marketing and/or the Public Sector will be an added advantageExtensive experience and knowledge of the Digital Landscape and online platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, etc.Ability to support the translation of content and client feedback between English and JapanesePrevious experience working in a Marketing role; planning and developing full strategic marketing campaigns, including budget management and allocationKnowledge and experience of online advertising campaigns (training will be provided)Good knowledge of online (e.g. email marketing, SEO, SEA, display advertising, video production) and offline Marketing campaign types (e.g. events, telemarketing, print advertising, sponsoring, incentives)Excellent client liaison skills, ability to react and respond in a timely and effective mannerThe ability to grow relationships and become a trusted advisorStrong MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills with the ability to present informationIndependence is important, but so is being a team player to ensure success across the teamAn interest in technologyWillingness to learn and contribute ideas#J-18808-Ljbffr
