About the roleEngage with a range of clients: wholesalers, contractors, builders, engineers, architects, designers, and end-usersProvide quotations and manage active orders and deliveries, ensuring all project information is shared and correct within our online systemsCommunicate effectively and provide solutions to meet our customers' needs, wants, and expectations.Read and understand technical lighting specificationsOngoing development of your product knowledge, brand awareness, and client baseAccurate data management ensuring all documentation and procedures are maintained and followed in CRM and ERP systemsConsult with all departments to assist in managing orders and ensuring timely delivery of projects.About youOutstanding customer service and interpersonal skills with exceptional phone mannerExperience in lighting or electrical wholesale industries will be advantageous but not essentialMeticulous attention to detailAbility to prioritise conflicting tasks, with a working knowledge of project coordination and order processingStrong scheduling skills to manage the necessary logistical activities required for project deliveryDemonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think under pressureAbility to build rapport and foster successful relationshipsStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office products and CRMsThe right fit for Aglo will be down-to-earth, cool under pressure, have a "can do" attitude, and can work flexibly and collaboratively in a team.
