We're open minded and want to learnThe Opportunity:As our Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and husbandry to coordinate resources, manage risks, and achieve project objectives.You will be responsible for:Planning, organising, and controlling resources, procedures, and timing to ensure successful delivery of key strategic and capital projects.Developing capital works applications and project business cases for approval with delegated authorities, detailing project scoping documents, costs and benefits and project milestones and KPIs.Facilitating collaboration between operational departments to ensure project deliverables are 'fit for purpose'.Liaising with Farm Managers to manage labour and trade requirements to assist with project delivery and completion.Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.About you:You will be able to demonstrate the following:Project management or continuous improvement experience in a food/agricultural business.Experience leading and influencing people and building positive working relationships.Excellent time management and ability to meet project deadlines.Competitive Pay:
